NTPC Tanda Successfully Hosts 26th National Quality Circle Convention 2025
NTPC Tanda hosted the 26th National Quality Circle Convention 2025, showcasing innovation and excellence with 14 QC teams.

Ambedkar Nagar: NTPC Tanda Thermal Power Station successfully organized the 26th National Quality Circle Convention (NQCC) 2025 on February 20-21, bringing together 14 Quality Circle (QC) and Lean Quality Circle (LQC) teams from six regions.
The event was inaugurated by Anil Kumar Jadli, Director (HR), NTPC, in the presence of N. Srinivas Rao, Regional Executive Director (North), Jayadev Parida, Chief General Manager, NTPC Tanda, Sameeran Sinha Roy, General Manager (HR), Abhay Mishra, General Manager (O&M), and jury members from QCFI.
The convention showcased innovation and technological advancements, reinforcing NTPC’s commitment to continuous learning and excellence.

Jayadev Parida, along with senior NTPC officials, honored the winning teams for their achievements. The event witnessed active participation from NTPC officers and employees, with many joining virtually from different project locations.
Visiting QC teams from other NTPC stations highly appreciated Tanda’s hospitality and support, making the convention a grand success.
