Ambedkar Nagar. On the occasion of Uttar Pradesh Day 2025, a grand event themed "Heritage and Development: Uttar Pradesh on the Path of Progress" was organized at the State Airstrip in Akbarpur, Ambedkar Nagar. The event was inaugurated by the chief guest, MLC Dr. Hariom Pandey, along with MLA Dharmraj Nishad, District Panchayat Chairman Shyam Sundar Verma, District Magistrate Avinash Singh, Superintendent of Police Keshav Kumar, and other officials, who lit the ceremonial lamp.
Various departments showcased welfare schemes through their stalls at the event. The live launch of the Chief Minister Youth Entrepreneur Development Scheme e-portal was a highlight, and loans worth ₹6.75 crore were distributed to 225 beneficiaries under the initiative.

Dr. Hariom Pandey and MLA Dharmraj Nishad congratulated the people of Uttar Pradesh on its 76th foundation day. They praised the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, describing Uttar Pradesh as a “growth engine” of New India, setting new benchmarks in development, security, and governance.
District Magistrate Avinash Singh extended his wishes on Uttar Pradesh Day, emphasizing that the theme of this year, “Heritage and Development: Uttar Pradesh on the Path of Progress,” was well-reflected in the various exhibitions and stalls. He mentioned that over ₹700 crore in loans had been distributed to beneficiaries during the grand loan fair.
He further highlighted the ambitious Chief Minister Youth Entrepreneur Development Scheme, noting that no youth in the district would face financial barriers to achieving their goals. He assured that banks were ready to provide capital to young entrepreneurs at minimal interest, empowering them to chase their dreams and reach new heights.
