Lucknow. #BhartiAirtel has partnered with #BajajFinance, the largest private-sector NBFC, to create a groundbreaking digital platform for financial services. This collaboration aims to revolutionize the delivery of financial products to millions, ensuring greater digital inclusion and accessibility.

With a massive customer base of 370 million and a robust distribution network of over 12 lakh outlets, Airtel will leverage Bajaj Finance’s 27 diverse financial product lines and its extensive presence with 5,000 branches and 70,000 field agents. The partnership will begin with introducing Bajaj Finance’s retail products on Airtel’s Thanks App, providing a seamless and secure experience. Customers will later access these offerings through Airtel’s vast network of stores.

Airtel’s Vice Chairman and MD, Gopal Vittal, expressed confidence in the partnership’s potential to empower millions of Indians by offering comprehensive financial solutions. He emphasized Airtel’s vision of developing Airtel Finance into a trusted one-stop destination for economic needs.

Rajeev Jain, Managing Director of Bajaj Finance, highlighted the partnership as a significant step in enhancing financial inclusion through India’s digital infrastructure. With AI-powered strategies, the collaboration will bring efficient and innovative solutions to remote areas.

Initially, the Airtel Thanks App will offer two Bajaj Finance products, expanding to four by March and eventually ten within the year. These include gold loans, business loans, personal loans, and the Airtel-Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI card, which allows customers flexible payment options at over 1.5 lakh partner stores and online platforms.

Both companies prioritize data security, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction, marking this partnership as a landmark in India’s financial services evolution.
