#Mahakumbh2025: #AmritSnan Becomes a Global Spiritual Celebration
Foreigners and Indians together take the holy dip at Mahakumbh 2025, chanting "Bam Bam Bhole" and celebrating spiritual unity.

Prayagraj (Mahakumbh Nagar): On the pious occasion of #MakarSankranti, the banks of the Sangam witnessed an extraordinary gathering of faith and harmony. Devotees from India and around the globe gathered to take part in the sacred #AmritSnan, chanting "Har Har Gange" and "Bam Bam Bhole," symbolizing the message of '#VasudhaivaKutumbakam' — the world is one family.
Foreigners from countries like the USA, Israel, France, Iran, and Portugal embraced India's timeless Sanatan culture, joining millions of Indian devotees in the holy Ganga bath. The first Amrit Snan became a symbol of cultural inclusivity, breaking geographical barriers and uniting humanity through spirituality.
The banks of the Sangam were bustling with energy as people from different Indian states — Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Assam, Bihar, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh — and foreigners, stood side by side in devotion. With chants of "Jai Shri Ram" and "Bam Bam Bhole," the air reverberated with divinity, transforming Prayagraj into a global spiritual hub.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s leadership ensured the grand success of the event. The administration’s arrangements impressed foreign guests, who appreciated the cleanliness, hospitality, and well-organized tent accommodations.
Jeff, an American traveler, shared his thoughts: "I came here from Varanasi. The vibe here is peaceful. The cleanliness and friendly environment make it feel like a large temple."
An Iranian woman visiting with a group of nine people said, "The tent colony is fantastic. It’s our first Mahakumbh, and taking a holy dip with the crowd is overwhelming yet peaceful."
Paula, an American citizen, expressed her joy in broken Hindi: "Aaj bahut accha din hai. Sadhus ke saath snan karne ka mauka mila. Yeh anokha anubhav hai."
The Mahakumbh 2025 has truly brought the world together under one divine roof, proving that spirituality transcends borders and unites all in the spirit of faith and humanity.
